Homely atmosphere and good food. Welcoming restaurant and friendly staff. Seafood dishes (particularly ravioli and pasta alla trabaccolara, a typical local dish) should be preferred. Reservation recommended.

Beautiful preparation and presentation of dishes, with creative and elegant style. Gentle and attentive staff, varied menus based on fish and meat. We particularly appreciated the Stone tordelli with chianina ragout, fish tartare, scented liquorice scented Norway lobster gnocchi and cod ravioli. The chocolate and orange cake is also delicious.

Honest prices. Simple but welcoming and well managed restaurant. Gentle staff. Not far from Piazza del Duomo, typical Tuscan dishes are presented with care. Fresh pasta for the first really good first courses.

Typical Tuscan atmospheres. Excellent welcome and attention to the customer. The products are all very genuine and perfectly prepared. Florentine baked potatoes were recommended to us and the expectations were not disappointed. A particular appreciation to the olive oil used in condiments and wine cellar, mainly Tuscan.

Located on a hill, in loc. Vallecchia valley, about 10 minutes from the town centre. A little difficult to reach, but once on the spot it was rewarded with excellent cuisine and friendly staff. We particularly appreciated the trio of fish starters.

The restaurant has pleasant, simple and stylish furnishings. From the menu we preferred the' corn passatina with angler and shrimp' among the appetizers; among the first are the anchovies and pumpkin flowers (bottarga) and the fillet of fish with black truffle from Norcia. Good wine list.

Apogeo Giovannini,

Another pizza not to be missed is that of Apogeo Giovannini, where in a farmhouse surrounded by greenery you will taste what we can call a gourmet pizza, with dough with flour ground into stone, sourdough and long leavening. For filling ingredients of excellent quality and creativity. Excellent craft beers and wine list divided by region.

Historical bar pizzeria, located in the central square and ideal for a snack and escape. Pizza, focaccia or cecina? Many would say' cecina' all life! Especially if freshly baked (here it is said that the cecina is the best of all Versilia... try to believe). It is ordered at the counter and served on wooden chopping boards. And also.... tables also outside, in the beautiful market square (everything more than excellent on beautiful days).

Versatile restaurant, a meeting point for an aperitif and cocktails; strictly exposed cuisine, menu that varies according to the month, the creative mood of the chef, the season; just a stone's throw from the Duomo. Excellent seafood salad, porcini mushrooms and ginger, the selection of cold cuts, spaghetti with sea urchin and chicken hedgehog, cuttlefish in stew with chard and baked polenta, aunt Betta's cake (meringa and walnuts). The same owner, Filippo, famous among the premises for his charisma, opened a second restaurant in via Padre Eugenio Barsanti 45.

Already by the name intrigues. Enter, and it's all a good deal: cool place, light air, all well cared for. Atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The restaurant has been obtained from an old artistic laboratory and the furnishings are recovered. You enter from a gate always open in a little shaky square and you will find yourself in a very cozy place, with a pleasant garden. Also for vegetarians. Recommended.

Genuine restaurant with homemade cuisine, without stylistic pretensions but with the tordelli that really deserve. We went there for hearing that the vegetables are grown by the owner, so the ragout, which is wisely prepared to cook slowly. The baked chicken and potatoes are also excellent.

The restaurant exhibits works by emerging and non-emerging artists in its local area, a well-kept and modern location. The dishes are made from excellent raw materials. Bread is homemade, such as pasta and desserts. Very good and interesting experience for the palate and eyes. In the summer season you can eat in the inner courtyard.

A special mention at Zanzibar, restaurant of a bathing establishment on the Lungomare Roma 22. For an aperitif or a cocktail (famous ones with fresh fruit, fruit services directly) at dinner to eat some excellent fresh fish to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea, for a fried fish and vegetables, not to be missed (it costs not even too much, 25/30€ per person).
